A restorative Pilates and Fascia weekend retreat for sapphic, gay, queer, lesbian women and non binary babes, set on a peaceful farm stay in the Tamar Valley, Cornwall.

Totally unwind and reset while learning to move better through Pilates and fascia-focused practices in truly beautiful surroundings. Stay in calm, rural farm accommodation with woodland escapes, hot tubs, enjoy nourishing, home-cooked food, and spend time immersed in nature - from open countryside to wild swimming.

Across the weekend, Pilates sessions and fascia workshops are woven together with shared meals, rest, and time to connect with a like-minded sapphic community drawn to movement, wellness, and intentional living.
