**Please Read Carefully Before Purchasing a ticket**

**Participant Acknowledgement and Consent**

By purchasing a ticket to Sapphic Pilates, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Waiver in its entirety. You voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated herein. You confirm that I am of legal age and have the capacity to sign this Waiver.

Please find below the waiver that you agree to when participating in a group pilates class with Kyrstyn Oberholster.

I acknowledge that I am participating in Pilates classes offered by Pilates instructor, Kyrstyn Oberholster, where I will receive information and instruction about Pilates, Fascia, physical exercise and health. I am fully aware that the class/routine requires physical exertion, which may cause physical injury. I am also aware of the risks and hazards involved. 

If you have a medical concern/problem or health-related question, please consult with your GP before participating. Consult your GP/physician before beginning this or any other exercise program.

These sessions are not a substitute for medical counselling or treatment. If you have any doubts about the suitability of the exercises, you should refer back to your medical practitioner. 

I do here release and discharge and hereby hold harmless Kyrstyn Oberholster from any claims, demands, damages, rights or causes of action, present and future, arising out of or connected with my participation in this or any programme including any injuries resulting from them. This waiver and release from liability includes, without limitation, injuries which may occur as a result of my participation in any activity, class programme, personal training or instruction.

With this knowledge, I confirm that I am making a voluntary choice to participate and engage in the class/routine and accept all and any risk associated with my decision to participate.To my best knowledge I am in good physical condition and have no disease, physical limitation, health concern or injury that would be aggravated or would be the cause of any injury sustained, before, during or as a result of my participating in activities related either directly and/ or indirectly to Pilates.

By taking classes with Kyrstyn either virtually, in person or via their content online, you understand and agree that Kyrstyn has no liability to you for any injury or loss you may suffer in connection with any Pilates session. The use of any information provided by Kyrstyn is solely at your own risk.

I confirm that I have read and understood the above advice and that the information. I voluntarily agree to the above liability waiver and terms and conditions under my own free will.

By purchasing a ticket to Sapphic Slowdown, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Waiver in its entirety. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated herein. I confirm that I am of legal age and have the capacity to sign this Waiver.

This Health and Safety Waiver and Release of Liability ("Waiver") is a binding agreement between the undersigned individual ("Participant") and Sivo Wellness Ltd ("Company"). By signing this Waiver, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

**1. Acknowledgement of Health Risks**

1.1 The Participant understands that the use of ice bath and sauna services involves exposure to extreme temperatures, which may pose risks, including but not limited to:

   - Dizziness

   - Fainting

   - Cardiovascular issues

   - Respiratory distress

   - Muscle cramps or other physical injuries

1.2 The Participant certifies that they have consulted with their physician and have no medical conditions, illnesses, or physical injuries that would make participation in these services unsafe. Conditions to consider include but are not limited to:

   - Heart disease or cardiovascular conditions

   - High or low blood pressure

   - Respiratory issues

   - Pregnancy

   - Diabetes or other metabolic conditions

   - History of seizures or fainting

1.3 The Participant agrees to immediately inform the Company of any changes in their health or medical condition that may increase their risk.

 **2. Voluntary Participation**

2.1 The Participant acknowledges that their participation in the ice bath and sauna services is entirely voluntary and that they are free to withdraw at any time.

2.2 The Participant understands and accepts that there are inherent risks associated with these services, and they assume full responsibility for any injuries, health complications, or other issues that may arise during or after participation.

**3. Waiver and Release of Liability**

3.1 By signing this Waiver, the Participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from:

   - Personal injury

   - Illness or health complications

   - Property damage or loss

   - Any other incident resulting from the Participant’s use of the Company’s services

3.2 This release includes claims based on negligence by the Company, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

**4. Assumption of Risk**

4.1 The Participant fully understands and voluntarily accepts all risks associated with the use of the ice bath and sauna services.

4.2 The Participant agrees that they are solely responsible for determining their physical and mental fitness for participation and that the Company is not responsible for verifying their suitability.

**5. Emergency Situations**

5.1 The Participant agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by the Company’s staff and to immediately alert staff in the event of discomfort, dizziness, or any other unusual symptoms.

5.2 The Participant consents to the administration of first aid and/or emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary by the Company’s staff during participation.

 **6. Indemnification**

6.1 The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from their use of the services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Company.

**7. Governing Law**

7.1 This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

7.2 Any disputes arising under this Waiver shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United Kingdom.

**8. Severability**

8.1 If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 **9. Age Limitations**

9.1 You should be of the age of 21 years old or older to book and take part in a session at Sivo Wellness.

9.2 All staff have the right to challenge the age of anyone who is attempting to take part in a session, and have full rights to refuse use without a refund.

Sapphic Slowdown

Sapphic Pilates is run by one person. Each event has significant upfront costs, which means I’m not able to offer refunds once a booking has been made.

If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to gift your ticket to another person in the community. Please let me know their name and email in advance so I can update the guest list.
