I'm Kyrstyn - Cancer Sun, Capricorn Moon, Libra Rising - But more importantly, a Sapphic Pilates instructor passionate about movement, healing, and belonging.
I’ve been practicing Pilates for over 10 years, and it’s been life-changing. What started as a way to move became a way to come home to myself - to feel stronger, softer, more grounded, and more me. Pilates brought consistency, connection, and community into my life when I needed it most.
That’s what I want to share with you.
Sapphic Pilates is my love letter to every queer woman. It’s about more than movement - it’s about finding home in your body, and in your community.

🩷 Where are Sapphic Pilates events held?
We’re based in beautiful Bath, UK, with regular Pilates classes and events in Bristol, and we’re slowly expanding into new spaces too. Once you book, you’ll get all the details — and yes, it’s always somewhere cute and cosy.
🧡 Can beginners join?
Absolutely. Whether it’s your first ever Pilates class or you’ve been practicing for years, you’re so welcome. All levels, all bodies, all experiences.
🤍 Who is Sapphic Pilates for?
Sapphic Pilates is an inclusive Pilates space for queer women and non-binary people who feel connected to sapphic community.
Our classes and events are trans-inclusive, body-positive, and rooted in softness, strength, and pride.
🩷 I’m coming alone - is that okay?
More than okay, it’s the norm. Lots of people come solo, and it’s easy to settle in. You’ll feel part of it quickly — no pressure, just a friendly space to move and connect.
🧡 What should I bring to an event?
Comfy clothes you can move in, a water bottle, and yourself. We’ll take care of mats, music, and everything else.
🤍 What if I’m feeling nervous?
That’s completely normal. It’s a really relaxed, low-pressure environment, and you can go at your own pace. Most people feel at ease pretty quickly.
🩷Do I need any Pilates experience?
No experience needed. Our classes are beginner-friendly and easy to follow, with guidance throughout.
🧡 What type of Pilates do you teach?
We teach mat-based Pilates rooted in classic technique, with a focus on strength, alignment, and mindful movement.
🤍 Are your classes suitable if I’m not very fit?
Yes, you can take everything at your own pace. The classes are designed to feel accessible while still helping you build strength and confidence.

Yes, our events focus on movement, connection, and community in a relaxed, low-pressure environment.
